The Chilli's in Northport is a disgrace. The staff is completely uniformed with regard to gluten. Menu simply eliminates the bun! We left afraid to eat there. They should take a lesson from Legal Seafood.
Thanks for your comment Linda, and originally I would have had to agree... BUT, in the last two Months, as my husband and I went back a few times, the manager, Louis now knows us and as we walk in, asks if I will be eating, and he'll get me the GF menu (yes, VERY limited, but I only go to chilis when I am hungry for a steak, b/c it can be more "controled".... He then proceedes to go into the back and watch the cooks make my steak, and brings it out for me... I had left comments with their headquarters awhile back, and maybe they were told about them, so they are taking extra steps now to "be more knowledgeable" but I have to agree with you that they still have a LONG ways to go- but at least they are "trying"
